As of 2024 I might have a contradictory opinion but I don’t think that there are a lot of marketplaces that are actually good out there. Most clothing even well priced are just sitting for so long on this app it’s incredible. Next up we have ebay, if you are not an experienced seller on this app you might not even get more than 5 views on your listing even if it’s made perfectly and I also find the way of posting items way too long and complicated. Lastly, the ones that work actually well are facebook marketplace and kijiji but are you ever gonna sell something over 100$ without being scared of getting robbed or attacked, the odds are just not in your favor it doesn’t work well. You’re not tryna get robbed and you want to do a safe transaction without any problem. Here is the solution. It’s a little bit sketchy but with some effort its gonna work perfectly, if you want to go take a look on platform like grailed or ebay well there is a lot of seller that are selling tones of inventory every weeks, these are gonna be your target, let’s say for example you want to sell some shoes ( jordan 4 black cat ) well you can post them on grailed and wait 3 months for them to sell fair enough. But what you can also do is go dm every single popular dealers on these platform and go tell them that you want to sell your jordan 4 black cat, they are probably not all gonna respond but the ones that do will ask you how much you want, you tell them your price and when you guys conclude a deal the payment part is the hard part. You just have to know that you can trust them if they are popular, they have way more to lose than you and they are doing this every day, you can ask them for an invoice that they can pay or just send the money from paypal to friends and family. You can then go on ship your item and they will pay you when they get it. Before doing all that make sure your item is 100% authentic and you will have no problem.

You want to sell your stuff and dont have time to wait irl marketplace like sneakers store or sneakers conventions are a great way to sell very fast. There is one thing you got to know before going there. First you gotta check the market for the shoe while looking at the recent sold and on stock x, second you gotta know that when you get there you are not gonna get the price you want and the best price possible. They run a business, they need to make money and if you sell them your shoes at a market value they are never gonna be able to sell them which is not good for them. But you can still always try to haggle them a little bit on the price and always start with your price never their price.
